Service Description
This course is given across 4 sessions, each session is 3 hours long. In the beautiful venue of The Meeting Place, Westbourne, come along and meet some other local and like-minded parents-to-be as we explore the history, science and effectiveness of Hypnotherapy and how it can be applied in pregnancy and childbirth. We then move on to introducing practical techniques and relaxation tools to help you put the theory into practice. We will also take a detailed look at antenatal education, including the physiology of birth and the miraculous work of hormones, as well as outlining the clinical options that are available to you and the different circumstances and scenarios in which you might be offered them. Preparation and education is the key to feeling calm and confident when embarking on any new adventure, and childbirth and parenthood is no different. Make sure you are informed and in control of one of the most transformative, important and wonderful milestones of your life.

Cancellation Policy
Change of course dates: I will make every effort to provide the services as described on my website. It may be that external circumstances may limit my availability (for example, if I am called out to attend a birth or have fallen ill etc). In the event that I have to cancel or move any of our sessions, I will offer an alternate date to reschedule within 14 days of the missed session. Cancellation Policy: You will be entitled to a full refund should you choose to cancel with written notice at least 2 weeks prior to the start date. If we are unable to complete the course for any other reason beyond my control or you choose to cancel without giving 2 weeks notice ahead of the course start date, you will still be charged in full.
