The Birth Package

£1,180

My birth offering is designed to support, inform, reassure and prepare you throughout the later stages of your pregnancy and the duration of your labour and birth, alongside some time postnatally to help set you off on your journey with confidence and positivity.

Although this birth package has been carefully curated to offer what I believe is the optimum amount of support and care, there is always scope to adjust any of my packages to suit your needs. For instance, if you are not a first time parent, you may feel that you don't need to include any antenatal education. If you feel you have sufficient support at home, you might want to remove the Postnatal Care Sessions from the package.

Please don't hesitate to get in touch and ask me for a personalised care plan and quote to suit your requirements.

Initial Antenatal Session

Attendance at the birth

Postnatal Birth Debrief

Once you are settled back at home, I will visit when convenient and we will have a cup of tea and discuss your birth experience in detail. I will signpost and recommend any further support or complimentary services that you feel you'd like to explore.

I will come and offer practical help to get you off to a solid start, for example doing some light housework, cooking and preparing food, laundry, dog walking etc. or taking care of baby while you enjoy a hot bath or catch up on some sleep. This can be deferred until such a time that you feel most in need within the fourth trimester (up to 12 weeks after birth), for example once your partner has returned to work.
