What to Expect
Your hosts will guide you through the following sessions...
BIOMECHANICS FOR BIRTH
Gain an insight into the physiology of birth, your baby's journey through the pelvis, and how you can assist this journey with optimal positioning, learning how and when to make space for your baby during pregnancy and labour.
PILATES FOR PREGNANCY
This specially created Pilates for Pregnancy session includes exercises to help you feel prepared to actively birth your baby. No previous Pilates experience is needed. Gina will guide you through every step.​
POSITIVE BIRTH MINDSET
Helping you to put yourself at the centre of your birth experience by furnishing you with the key to create your own positive affirmations to use in the run up to your birth, and to help protect your safe and calm mindset during labour. Have a go at writing your own affirmations that you can take with you.
ASK ME ANYTHING
Get those burning questions off your chest by depositing them (anonymously, if you like) into our 'AMA' postbox for our hosts to answer. Anything to do with birth, biomechanics, hypnobirthing and support during pregnancy, birth and beyond, benefit from the expertise of our hosts and calm your curiosity.
A SUPPORTIVE SAFE SPACE
Your comfort, safety and wellbeing are at the heart of our workshop. Our beautiful studio setting offers a welcoming, supportive space in which we invite you to share in this experience.
A BLISSFUL HYPNOBIRTHING RELAXATION SCRIPT
Closing the workshop with a hypnobirthing taster session, to leave you feeling blissfully relaxed, content and calm. A short intro to Hypnobirthing followed by a soothing relaxation script that you can take away with you to use whenever you're in need of some head space.
